Group Travel Program

Travel with College Prospector

College coaches call us about our players all the time. When several of those requests point at the same tournament or campus, it makes sense to organize a group trip and put our players directly in front of those coaches. This is how that works.

How It Works

Targeted trips, built around real interest

Coaches call

College coaches reach out to us about specific players they want to see in person.

We organize the trip

When enough interest lines up at a tournament or campus visit, we build a targeted group trip directly to those coaches.

On-site introductions

We travel with the group, facilitate coach meetings on site, and help your player get in front of the right eyes.

You handle travel costs

Players cover their own travel expenses. We handle the planning, coordination, and coach connections at no extra advising fee.

Case by case. These trips come together when real coach interest exists. We don't run generic showcase circuits. If a fit comes together for your player, we'll bring it to you and you decide whether to join.

Indicate Interest

Let us know you'd be interested

This is not a commitment. It just tells us you'd want to be contacted if a targeted travel opportunity comes together that fits your player. You'd be able to evaluate the trip and decide whether to participate.

It helps us know which players we could make available. When a coach asks about a specific event or campus, we can reach out directly to the families who told us they'd be interested.

This is not a commitment. It just tells us you'd like to be contacted if a fit comes together.
